At HobbiesNHacks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet these requirements:

Returned within 30 days of delivery

In new, unused condition (for buyer's remorse returns)

In original packaging when possible

Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery (for non-defective returns) Items without proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

For Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items:

We cover the return shipping cost

For Buyer's Remorse (Change of Mind):

          Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

          You arrange and pay for return shipping to the address we provide

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for any approved returns.

No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request (usually within 1-2 business days)

We'll provide return instructions and address if approved

For defective/damaged/wrong items: We'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs

For buyer's remorse: You arrange and pay for return shipping

Step 4: Receive your refund

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Reporting Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 30 days of delivery. We'll need:

Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage

Photos of the product and packaging

Description of the issue

Email this information to support@hobbiesnhacks.com with your order number. We'll respond quickly to make it right with a full refund or replacement.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn't receive it:

Check with neighbors or household members

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

Contact the carrier for more information

For packages that show no tracking updates or remain in transit beyond 45 days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refund processing: 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Bank/card processing: Additional 3-5 business days (varies by financial institution)
